Listing Guidelines

• Revenue claims must be verified through connected payment processors
• No illegal, harmful, or prohibited content
• Listings may be removed at our discretion if they violate these terms

Transactions

vibemarketplace facilitates introductions between buyers and sellers but is not a party to any transaction. All sales are conducted directly between parties. We recommend using trusted escrow services for payment protection.

Revenue Verification

While we strive to provide accurate revenue verification through API integrations, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all data. Buyers should conduct their own due diligence before making purchase decisions.

Limitation of Liability

vibemarketplace is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our service, including but not limited to failed transactions, inaccurate listings, or disputes between users.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity. You may also delete your account at any time through your settings.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
